48 year-old man Nnadiogo executes self, 4 kids, sister-in-law

The Police have affirmed that a man, Stephen Nnadiogo, submitted suicide by drinking poison in the wake of wounding his four youngsters and sister-in-law to death at Awada territory of Onitsha in Anambra.

The children were matured two, six, eight and 10 years, neighbors said.

Affirming the occurrence on Sunday, the Divisional Police Officer of Awada, Mr Martin Chijioke, said the police order had started examination to unwind the conditions that prompted the different murder by the 48 year-old man.

"Preparatory examination uncovers that the suspect, subsequent to conferring the murder, took harm and kicked the bucket," Chijioke said.

Neighbors of the presumed executioner said the occurrence happened at in regards to 8.00 p.m. on Saturday at the man's habitation at 21B Ntueke road, Awada Obosi in Idemili North Local Government Area.

The source said the presume's significant other was not at home when the killings happened while the house cleaning specialist supposedly fled. Another report said the man sent the housemaid on an errand before he executed his casualties.

"It was the cry of the housemaid that cautioned occupants of the region. We have never observed this kind of episode," one neighbor said.

Another neighbor said the suspect had been taken to mental doctor's facility a few times and had hinted at recuperation before the murder.

The police later took the assemblages of the casualties and the presumed killer to a morgue.
